GapGun 6 is a portable, non-contact laser system designed to perform fast, accurate, and repeatable dimensional measurements directly on the production floor or in the workshop. It provides a single-solution approach for measuring gaps, flushness, radii, angles, depths, and other profile characteristics, even on complex geometries and surface finishes.
The system captures a 2D profile of the feature to be inspected and provides objective data, reducing variability associated with operator interpretation and facilitating the recording of results in quality processes.
