Dimensional Inspection Services
Dimensional inspections make it possible to measure dimensions and geometric tolerances and to identify, at an early stage of the process, any defects or deviations of the manufactured part from the original CAD model.
QFP can provide immediate feedback on the conformity of the produced object to the design, thanks to the use of latest-generation optical and laser scanning systems. Dimensional inspection services make it possible to quickly identify the nature of the detected defect and its cause: shrinkage, springback, alignment issues or problems related to stock allowance distribution.
FEATURES
Main dimensional inspection and verification services
QFP specialises in optical dimensional inspection services, using advanced technologies and know-how developed over the years.
Inspection is performed through the creation of colour maps that assign different colours according to the extent of the deviations between the measured object and the nominal data. This solution can be applied across multiple sectors, especially in the case of components with complex shapes.
